In the unlikely event that Axon cancels your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of the rental amount.
Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
Mode of Refund:
Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment used during booking.
Partial Refunds:
There is no partial refund policy; however, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, and Axon’s decision will be final.
No Discounts for Early Return:
We regret to inform you that returning the vehicle earlier than the scheduled end time does not qualify for any discounts or partial refunds.
Force Majeure:
In cases of natural disasters, governmental restrictions, or other force majeure events, Axon will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
